MEC Perfect and Mark Rober may be the next Youtubers to get big streaming offers

Netflix and other streaming platforms intensify efforts to sign youtubers, which could mean major streaming offers for the perfect or old sports channel of NASA Mark Rober, reports THE Wall Street Journal.

THE Newspaper writes that the ambitions of signing the creators of the streaming platforms “transferred to overdrive” in response to the success of MRBEAST Beast games. Amazon has produced “at least $ 100 million” for the program’s profit and apparently already leads to offers for two additional seasons. Jimmy Donaldson, alias MRBEAST, apparently asks more than $ 150 million per season to be renewed.

Rober and Dude Perfect were each approached by Netflix, writes the Newspaper. But Netflix “generally does not allow sales promotions in the watch that it is advantageous to do” – something that has apparently been a point of collision “in its discussions with Rober, which sells subscriptions to the robotic kit via its chain. This kind of thing is more in line with Amazon’s business, making it a “particularly attractive” option for creators like Rober, the article says.
