Facebook Parent Meta joins Apple in the race to develop humanoid robots

Meta, the Facebook parent company, made important investments in AI humanoid robots, as Bloomberg reported. The company aims to develop robots capable of performing tasks similar to those of humans, especially to help physical activities.

To facilitate this initiative, Meta established a dedicated team within its material division of reality. Meta aspires to become the main platform for robotic technology, similar to Android in the smartphones industry.
