Adobe presents AI agents with online marketing tools
Adobe has announced the introduction of artificial intelligence agents designed to help brands guide consumers through their websites. While Adobe is widely recognized for its consumption applications such as Photoshop, it also offers a range of commercial software tools used in online marketing, which represented 25% of the company’s $ 21.5 billion in the company during its last financial year.

These new AI -focused tools allow brands to personalize marketing messages for various users according to their online behaviors. For example, the content can be adjusted to adapt to the profile of a younger individual if he arrives on a website via a tiktok advertisement, as opposed to the profile of an older user if it comes from a search engine result.
Amit Ahuja, main vice-president of the Adobe’s experience cloud division, noted that users are increasingly inclined to engage with websites via chatbots, similar to their interactions with applications like Chatgpt. Adobe’s tools allow companies to provide this feature with increased awareness of users.
For example, if a user visits a travel booking site after clicking on an Instagram ad and wondering about travel reservations, the site’s chatbot can access both the specific inventory and destination presented in advertising, thus offering more relevant suggestions.
Ahuja explained that AI’s capacities allow websites to integrate these functions, which were previously managed separately with distinct protocols.
In addition, Adobe launches other innovative tools for digital marketing specialists. Such a tool allows marketing professionals to communicate their objectives for the modifications of the website to stimulate digital sales.

In response, the AI agent can offer methods to achieve these objectives and implement the necessary changes. Ahuja stressed that Adobe’s goal is to eliminate the processes that took months before, eliminating the need to wait for a coding team to provide adjustments.
