Google corrects interrupted images and videos in messages

Google has now recognized the problems and “actively worked” on a solution to solve them According to a new assistance page entry. “We have recently deployed updates to considerably improve the media reception performance,” said Google community manager, Monika Y. “We hope you will see a significant difference. However, we also know that problems can be complex and we are committed to doing things well.”

Google did not specify the media problems that these updates to solve, but this probably brings changes to the Backend server because users are not required to download or install anything again. The corrective may also not solve problems for everyone, because Google asks people to submit comments if they “always see problems”. At least one affected user would have “noticed a difference recently in the RCS photos received” since the updates started to take place.
