Essential details on secondary events
As a host, you will be responsible for managing registration, promotion, creation, communication, insurance and costs of your event. There are no fees to be part of the TC sessions programming: AI Side Events. - We favor events that occur from June 1 to June 7. For the events of June 5, we will only accept evening events from 5:00 p.m. PT.
- Participants for all secondary events must be 18 and 21 years old if alcohol is served.
- We currently accept only events in person in or around the Berkeley region.
